| Environment | National Prize of Excellence 2023 edition in the environment field: GESTOCI obtains 3rd place in the Eco-citizen Business sector.
Abidjan, December 23, 2023 - The Petroleum Stock Management Company of Côte d'Ivoire (GESTOCI), by ranking 3rd, rose, on December 22, 2023 in Abidjan, to the number of winners of the National Prize of Excellence 2023 edition of Eco-Citizen Businesses. The distinction was received by the Deputy Director General (DGA), DGA, during a ceremony chaired by the Minister of the Environment, Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition, Jacques Assahoré Konan.
Giving the meaning of this celebration, Minister Jacques Assahoré indicated that it aims to limit the impacts of man and his activities on the environment. “For us at the Ministry of the Environment, Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition, the National Day of Excellence is an exhortation to all men and women, public structures and private companies under Ivorian law to think big for a modern country, in line with a healthy environment,” argued the minister.
